The court held that the plaintiff failed to plead sufficient facts to establish that her harassment or termination was based on her sex or other protected characteristics.

The court held that the officers' use of deadly force was objectively reasonable under the Fourth Amendment given the suspect's noncompliance and immediate threat.

The court held that the plaintiffs failed to state valid claims for compelled speech, retaliation, or due process violations under the First and Fourteenth Amendments.
The Ninth Circuit affirmed a district court dismissal of a Section nineteen eighty-three claim alleging a state-created danger. The court held that the plaintiffs failed to plausibly allege that the school district knew the student was violent or that its policies caused the attack.
