The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit administratively closed an appeal that was inadvertently transmitted to it by the district court. The court corrected a clerical error after the district court properly filed the notice of appeal with the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

The court determined that the appeal was filed with the correct court, the Federal Circuit, but was mistakenly transmitted to the Tenth Circuit. On March 16, 2026, the district court transmitted the appeal to the Federal Circuit. The court acted sua sponte to correct this clerical error.
