Background
Jhonathan Steve Gallo-Talavera, a native and citizen of Nicaragua, sought asylum and withholding of removal. An Immigration Judge denied his application and ordered him removed. The Board of Immigration Appeals dismissed his appeal from that order.
The court’s reasoning
