Jimarus Puckett pleaded guilty to a firearm offense under Section ninety-two two of Title eighteen, subsections one and nine, resulting in a seventy-two-month sentence. Following sentencing, appointed counsel filed an Anders brief suggesting the sentence was substantively unreasonable.

The court reviewed the record for an abuse of discretion and concluded the district court sufficiently considered the statutory sentencing factors under Section thirty-five hundred fifty-three of Title eighteen. The court found no improper factor was relied upon and no clear error of judgment occurred. Additionally, the court independently reviewed the record and determined no other non-frivolous issues existed.
