The court’s reasoning
The court concluded that the district court did not impose a substantively unreasonable sentence. The record established that the district court adequately considered the sentencing factors listed in Section eighteen United States Code Section three five five three A. Upon independent review under Penson v. Ohio, the court found no non-frivolous issues for appeal.
